What is Wing Tsun Kung Fu?
Wing Tsun Kung Fu is a highly effective close quarter attacking system, designed around the development of the individual and to be skilled in the 5 ranges of Kicking, Punching, Knee/Elbow, Throwing and Ground Fighting, as well as Counter Kicking, Control & Restraint, Multiple Assailants & Anti Weapons and highly adept at Contact/ Impulse training.

Absoloutely! Our Martial Art is designed around your personal safety and to improve your fitness.
Do I have to be fit?
No, you will get fitter through training our Kung Fu system.
How much does it cost?
We have price packages to suit all individuals and families and will vary upon how often you wish to train.
Do I have to make a long term commitment?
No, our schools only ask for a one month notice.
Can anyone learn the Wing Tsun Kung Fu System?
Yes, regardless of age, sex or physical attributes.
Is Wing Tsun Kung Fu a sport or Martial Art?
Wing Tsun Kung Fu is purely a Martial Art for Self-Defence.
What do I wear?
Jogging bottoms, t-shirt and trainers are fine. Kung Fu South East will supply you with Martial Art uniform and training aids.
How many Kung Fu classes can I attend?
You may attend as many as you like within your chosen package.
How long is each Kung Fu class?
1½ Hours.
Will I get hurt?
No. Our Kung Fu classes are closely supervised and all techniques are executed with control.
Am I insured?
Yes, you are automatically covered by our full Martial Art insurance.
What is EWTO-England?
The EWTO-England is an organisation set up by full time professional Wing Tsun Kung Fu instructors for the development and progression of the art of the Wing Tsun Kung Fu system and its students.
Are there any Kung Fu Courses or Seminars?
Yes, we hold plenty of Seminars for our students every year including visits from our Masters and Grandmasters, as well as Instructor courses.
Can I get a Career in Martial Arts with Kung Fu South East?
Yes, The Kung Fu South East schools are dedicated to the idea that anyone can have a career in Martial Arts and we offer many opportunities for those who wish to pursue this avenue.
What Qualifications do the Kung Fu Instructors have?
All our Instructors have completed the student curriculum and are either Technicians examined by Grand Master Kernspecht or are within a stage of their Technical Training. Sifu Warren Ash has personally trained all of our instructors to the exacting standards set by the EWTO-England.
How long will it take me to become a Kung Fu instructor?
This depends on the individual, however a minimum of three years is required to achieve a Technical Grade, our training system allows us to begin instructing at a minimum of 9th student grade. Ask your instructor for details or contact us on enquiries@wtlifestyle.co.uk
Where can I train Wing Tsun?
You can train at any of our Kung Fu Sout East schools in Bromley, Brighton, Ashford, Hove and Tunbridge Wells
